about
Radon continues to embark down the path of experimentation in “The Warbler.” Born out of seeds planted during COVID-19 isolation, the track came together out of Ableton sessions passed among band members Dan Africano (bass), Brant Williams (guitar), and Neal Evans (drums). Once they could get together In-person, Williams’ guitar was plugged into a Leslie Speaker and the demos were brought to life with the addition of glockenspiel and tambourine. The studio project takes notes from the late 60s experimental era of The Beatles and modern psychedelic projects like Kikagaku Moyo and Khruangbin.
